Parcel Relay provides a secure package acceptance and re-delivery service. While we take all reasonable steps to safeguard your parcels, we do not guarantee against loss, theft, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control. Customers are advised to send limited-value items (max £500). Use of our services is at your own risk.

Parcel Relay reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

1. Introduction
Welcome to Parcel Relay. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") which govern your access and use of our services. Please read them carefully before registering or utilising our services.

2. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our" refer to Parcel Relay.

  • "Customer", "You", "Your" refers to the individual or entity using our services.

  • "Parcel" refers to any package, item, or delivery received and managed by Parcel Relay.
     

3. Services Provided

  • Relay Hold: We receive and securely hold parcels for customers to collect.

  • Relay 4: We provide up to 4 re-deliveries per month.

  • Relay Unlimited: Offers unlimited re-deliveries each month.
     

4. Registration & Account

  • Customers must register an account to use our services.

  • Accurate, up-to-date information must be provided.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
     

5. Parcel Handling

  • Parcels will be logged upon receipt.

  • We notify customers via email, SMS, or WhatsApp when parcels arrive.

  • We cannot accept or store parcels larger than 90cm in length, 30cm in width and 30cm in depth.
    We cannot accept packages larger than 10kg.

  • We can only re-deliver to addresses and names that match the registered Parcel Relay account name. Upon delivery, our agent will require the recipient to show I.D.; which must match Parcel Relay account name.
     

6. Re-delivery Policy

  • Re-deliveries can be scheduled via our website or app.

  • Changes to re-delivery times must be made before dispatch.

  • Failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees.
     

7. Fees & Payments

  • Subscription plans and ad-hoc delivery fees are detailed on our website.

  • All payments must be made in full before services are rendered.

  • Late payment may result in suspension of services.
     

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from parcel loss, damage, or delays beyond our control.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid.
     

9. Prohibited Items

  • Dangerous goods, illegal items, drugs & narcotics, explosives & flammable Items, perishable goods, weapons and firearms, hazardous materials and chemicals, cash and negotiable bank notes, live animals, counterfeit goods, human remains, body parts, and high-value items over £500 are not accepted.

  • Parcels containing prohibited items will be refused or reported to the relevant authorities.
     

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without notice for breach of these Terms.

  • You may cancel your account at any time through our website.
     

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
